  • Farm, batch, daily log, expense, revenue, and notification preference data that you enter while using Poultry Mall.
  • Location data such as farm latitude and longitude when you choose to save farm coordinates for weather-based auto-fill features.
  • Device and app data needed to support notifications, authentication, app security, and troubleshooting.

How we use information

  • To create and manage your account and authenticate access to Poultry Mall.
  • To provide poultry farm management features, including batch tracking, daily logging, financial records, and weather-based helpers.
  • To send alerts and reminders you enable, such as daily log reminders, price alerts, and operational notifications.
  • To maintain app performance, improve reliability, prevent fraud or abuse, and respond to support requests.

Location and weather features

  • If you save farm GPS coordinates, Poultry Mall uses those coordinates to fetch local weather data and auto-fill environmental fields such as temperature and humidity.
  • Location access is optional. If you do not grant location access or save farm coordinates, weather auto-fill will not be available.

Photos and media

  • If you choose a profile photo or upload images through app features, Poultry Mall accesses selected media only for the purpose of showing or storing that content in your account experience.
  • Poultry Mall does not require camera or microphone recording to operate the current mobile app flows.

Data sharing

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We may share data with service providers that support hosting, notifications, analytics, infrastructure, or weather data retrieval, only as needed to operate the service.
  • We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the service.
